Gas Safety Certificate
It is a legal requirement that every rented property has an annual Gas Safety Check carried out on it by a registered Gas Safe Person. We can arrange this on your behalf.
Tenancy Deposit Scheme
All deposits are held by the Deposit Protection Scheme and we are regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Energy Performance Certificate
With effect from October 2008 all rented properties will, by law, have to have an Energy Performance Certificate provided by a fully qualified accredited Energy Assessor. We can provide these on your behalf at very competitive fees.
