• Employers/Accountants if self employed/Proof of Housing Benefit Payments
• Landlords (past or present) or Mortgage statements
• Character references (not family members)
• Bank or Building Society statements
• Payslips
Charges payable by yourself on signing the Tenancy Agreement are:-
• First months rent
• Surety Deposit (one months rent)
• Administration Fee
All Utility Company (Gas, Electric, Water, etc) and Council Tax charges are the Tenants responsibility.
